I've been in the BPO industry since 2012 handling international clients based in the U.S. from setting up orders for customers in a flower company, I have worked with one of the biggest cable/internet companies in the U.S as a technical support specialist assisting customers with cable issues and billing queries. , and also experienced the mobile industry with the number 1 customer care center in the Philippines handling a mobile company for years, and in a cable company as technical support assisting all types of cable issues. I am looking for a long-term job to work and grow in a professional environment where my knowledge especially my experience can be put to the best use. I started my home-based job in July 2019 as an Email support/Store Manager for an Ecommerce Company.
