I am a graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of Santo Tomas Manila, Philippines and finished Information Technology at University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City. I have worked for almost seven (7) years at both airports of Philippine’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Singapore’s Changi Airport. I have been employed with AON Risk and Reinsurance Brokers of the Philippines as an Account Broker. I have particularly gained extensive experience and excelled in interfacing with Customers, as well as handling Customer complaints professionally, as a result of this.
