I had a great time working with American Express which my role is the fraud and new accounts division in which what we do is take in phone calls and answer and queries about account security that they may have question and have a case set up for them and have a card replace. Sometimes we do also answer some general questions on the account, and we refer them to the right department I spend at least over a year with that process. Then prior to that I have worked with Capital One financial also for customer service team. I handled the partnership accounts which I have stayed for 5 years. We handled quires on the account like balance, interest charges, rebates question, card replacement and payments over the phone we do bank on interaction from our card members as we build relationships with them while helping them with their needs. Then I have handled prior to Capital One financial, which is HSBC we do handle banking for the customer baker over the phone that you are a walking bank you process everything over the phone even branch appointments, branch encashment payment concern to name a few I have been in that organization for 3 years. I have also worked in the satellite TV industry as customers calls in to order PPV and channels update their programing package and deals also with their billing inquiries. Also doing some troubleshooting as well for their device if incase it doesn’t work or having some technical issues, we also schedule tech visits as well.
