I started as a customer service rep, rose the ranks, and eventually reached the Senior Operations Manager position in one of the leading call centers in the Philippines. I am highly skilled in customer service management as I have acquired the necessary training and experience in my previous work setting.
Currently, I am doing work as a Contractot for an Internet Security Company based out of California and Israel; I handle the whole Project Life cycle, including but not limited to Scoping Sessions with the team, Creating the Team, External and internal Kickoffs, and QA reports. Constant communication with the client using Slack is also part of this task.
