I am proficient with web base apps and Microsoft programs - Google apps, spreadsheets, email apps, Podio, Zillow, Slack, Salesforce, any CRM related tools, etc. And for any apps I haven't used or encountered, I am a fast learner and I'm confident I can quickly learn how to navigate work apps or tools. I am very resourceful, keen to details - which is my pet peeve, very good on time management, goal oriented and focus driven person that I don't want any task/project unresolved and unfinished.

My recent work was for a lead generation base company in Topsfield, MA - Pure Incubation Demand Science Inc., where we handle the campaign framework for filtering leads to our customer's needs. These tasks include refining lead data from telemarketers by using in-house SQL and modifying it. We also create digital content like webinar, content syndication, Whitepaper, etc. as tools for data gathering depending on our company needs.

My experience with a start up tech company, which was an online property management in San Jose, CA - Onerent Inc., provided my base line knowledge to a property management's life cycle and understanding the intricacies on its operations. I was specifically handling requests coming from both owners and tenants for maintenance or repairs. I was tasked to review inspections or reports from on-site personal for property evaluation focusing on maintenance/repairs needed for newly on-boarded properties and newly vacated property. I alone handled the move-out phase of a property's life cycle and set up processes that wasn't there - this by far was the most intricate task I've taken in that company and with the time constraint and legal implication and involvement it demands. Additionally, in setting up the processes, the company benefited on its efficiency by settling security deposits on time, clearing and handling any disputes with proper documentation and getting properties ready for re-leasing.
