I have been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years now,
most of which involves sales and customer service, with a
little mix of financial and banking.
Throughout those years, I developed numerous skills, knowledge and instinct that can never be acquired without years of experience, specifically handling phone calls and sales. I can confidently say that I am able to converse well, adapt quick, compassionate, build rapport and handle almost all kinds of customers on the phone with the proper adjustments and knowledge with what I am tasked to do or products to offer. In those 8 years, most of the campaigns that I was with are in USA but had few with AUS campaigns.
