John Paulo Mercado

Hi! My name is John Paulo Mercado. I am 26 years old from the Philippines.

I used to work as a Sales Attendant and Shooting Range Instructor at Shooter's Depot. 

To further enhance my knowledge, I recently enrolled in an Online Academy for Virtual Assistants. Where I learned and developed my skills in:

• Email Marketing and Management
• E-commerce VA
• Basic Graphic Design using Canva
• WordPress Management
• Social Media Manager

These tools that I acquired in the Academy will surely boost my knowledge and skills to what I already have in terms of being a Virtual Assistant.

I am reliable and a goal-oriented person. When my superior gave me a task, I always make sure to finish my work on time with 100% accuracy. I am resourceful, and I always maximize my tools and resources to look for answers before asking questions to my superior, my trait of being independent.
