John Patrick Mansueto

I started my first job as a front desk officer by answering a multi-line phone system, responding to complaints, service issues, and other general questions or concerns as appropriate. As my contract ended, I was then recruited in a marketing field in which I don't have any experience at all. Through my willingness and eagerness to learn new things in life, I was able to achieve the position as senior advertising specialist and learned to build productive trust relationships as well as building my confidence interacting with customers. For me being knowledgeable on the services and products we offered is a must and I think it is one of the keys I was able to provide important pieces of information and answering their questions by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. I also work in the financing industry as a sales associate at Home Credit Philippines and achieve the department’s sales goals every month and performed well by assessing customer's needs and provide assistance and information about their inquiries. Lastly, I worked as a customer service representative on a non-voice account at Awesome OS for 2 great years and was being part of the Loot Crate account for the geek and gamers subscribers. It was an honor to be part of those awesome people since we are all had the same interest in animes and online games.
