The total experience I gained from the customer service industry is 3 years. Within that timeframe, I learn a lot about comprehension and communication skills, which are essential for delivering proper customer service. I also had an experience being a Technical Support, and with that, I realized that I am good at assisting my customers on how to deal with technological equipment, especially the elderly. Overall, the experience that I gained has built me into who I am today, and I can confidently say that I can deliver good customer service to my customers and which I believe is the backbone of a company. Good customer service means customers come back more.
