On my previous Job, I worked as a finance specialist on American Based Telecommunication Company. I maintained my professionalism by understanding and listening to my customer to create a better resolution that will give help to the customer while following the policy of our client. With over four year’s and six months of experience in customer care and as Finance Specialist, I have been a Phone support, chat support, and email support for this company just to make assure that we can provide assistance to our customers. I’m providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process, and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos.
