A team player and a friendly young professional and a graduate of B.S in Health Sciences with experiences in customer service, sales, customer relation, C2C, POS, building rapport, and problem solving, medical documentation, data entry and cloud software. A bilingual with Tagalog as a native tongue and fluency in the English language. In addition, a beginner/intermediate level of Spanish and Japanese, while in the process of getting certification for the purpose of utilizing it in the professional setting. As an individual and a professional the goal of helping others in any way possible with the best of one’s ability is the core of my passion. Having an emphatic, great interpersonal skills and open disposition I believe is what sets one individual from another because serving in any way comes intrinsically. As being in the customer service line of work, I found that time management and being able to adapt or be flexible not only will reduce stress working in this environment but also strengthen one’s coping ability to handle new problems or issues that may arise, which can also improve your problem solving skill as well. One of the most challenging situations in this field is juggling two to three things at the same time, for which can be stressful and an opener to lose focus on what matters most, giving the best customer service possible. To overcome this, one has to communicate and put priorities and not overthink on what needs to be done, a systematic approach, from my experience will get you to stay calm and focus on what’s important. I firmly believe that learning is an ongoing process wherever we are and wherever we want to go in terms of careers, thus, it is important to always be touching up your skills as a professional.
