I’m John Diavon Estoche, a passionate and adaptable professional with a background in customer service, virtual assistance, content creation, and creative media. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management from PHINMA University of Iloilo and have several years of hands-on experience supporting both local clients and global teams.

I began my career as a freelance photographer and production assistant, where I developed a strong eye for detail, time management, and communication—skills that have carried over to my virtual work. I later transitioned into customer support roles at WNS and iQor, where I handled U.S.-based accounts, including telco and travel services. These roles allowed me to grow my ability to handle irate customers, multitask under pressure, and deliver excellent service through phone, email, and chat.
