Below are my experiences for Project Management.
1. MfgPro Migration of Manual data's until Lear Corp. CRM Database.
I was working as Production Planner under Lear Corporation. I was part of the Migration team for the
Logistics Team. I was tasked to migrate forecast schedules for 1 year as part of the process and
management. I worked and partnered with the IT under this project. Our target was only 3 months
including live use of the new CRM. It was critical also between the Migration and the whole
management of Lear. This does not involve one department but majority including the Customer
interfacing Management. Actual turn over took 5 months including live training for all employees. It was
challenging but still successful.
2. Dupont CRM Database ( Database integration until Customer Management Facing ) under Trax
Technologies Inc.
I was working as Customer Carrier Process Manager under Trax Technologies Inc. From Data
integration, as part of the pioneering team, I was tasked to migrate Data's from Dupont CRM Database
with proper contracts from Dupont Management. It took a month for the migration. Our EDI team made
a deep check and review on the data's so it can migrate successfully. After proper review, the audit team
will do the compliance audit as part of the management contract. Then we forward millions of invoices
to the Senior and Account Managers for operations until official invoices are turned over back to Dupont
Management.
3. Customer Service Migrations from US to Cebu, Philippines ( GLO, D1, Zip Code and etc. ) under from
NCR Corporation to NCR Cebu Development Center Inc.
I was working as Project Scheduler Team Lead under NCR Cebu Development Inc. Migration schedule
was scheduled 2 months including new hires ( 15 Project Scheduler Staff's ). Meeting was made between
me, Project Scheduler Manager ( Cebu ), Implementation Manager ( US ) and Account Director ( US ).
While Migration was starting, Hiring was also scheduled. From IT (US) to IT (Cebu), individual log-ins
were created. Security restrictions and policies were enabled. Proper agreement documents were
turned over between Executive Directors ( US and Cebu ) Then training for the Project schedulers were
done prior to start of the operations in Cebu.
4. Enterprise Data Warehouse Migration under NCR Corporation for all NCR Partners Worldwide.
I was working as Business Operations Analyst under NCR Cebu Development Inc. I was trained in NCR
Corporation Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia for this new position in Cebu, Philippines. Channel
Marketing, Channel Services Teams and Project Managers were my mentors for this training. As part of
the compliance of all partners of NCR. We created a EDW query which also includes diagnostics in order
to generate feeds of billings and same time perform audit as part of the agreement between NCR and all
of its partners worldwide. We first made sample queries prior to making it live to all partners.
Corrections and improvements were made until live operations for all NCR Partners Worldwide.
Operations for reporting was done weekly including analysis and audit for billing.
