John De Guia

I graduated in University of San Carlos Technological Center with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. My first job was a production Planner in Lear Corporation. I started to learn and integrate the tools of an Industrial Engineer. It was also the time where I learned the capacity of Planning.

My second company was with Aegis People Support Inc. as an eRep ( Call Center Representative ). It developed my skills and abilities how to adopt the importance of customer service and needs. My third company was with Trax Technologies Inc as a customer carrier process Manager. I learned how to manage small or big supply chain accounts. I started to learn about information technology from Analyzing and auditing the process from scratch to finish product. I was able to interact with clients and manage all their technical needs and requests especially on Logistics and Freight concerns.

My fourth company with NCR Cebu Development Inc were incredible since I experienced three positions. From Resource Coordinator to Project Scheduler Team Lead and the last was position was a Business Operations Analyst. Over-all the skills and abilities developed were the following. Customer Service Management, Project Management, Operations Analysis and Management were mostly practiced and ensured during work routines. This company gave me more new skills.

My current work is an operations Manager with Shipguide Corporation. My main role is to ensure the operations of the company with correct practices and processes. In any projects we deal and handle, we ensure customer satisfaction and safety practices of project management. All subcontractors report directly on my end as part of the process.
