I have been in the BPO industry for 10 years. My last role being a Quality and Training Associate for 4 years. I also own a perfume business that started in 2017 and is now fully managed by my wife.

I am currently working part-time as a Virtual Assistant for a Chief Creative Officer staying on top of things that are needed for all of her Social Media platforms, podcast transcriptions, keyword research, other day-to-day tasks, and all other ad hoc tasks.
