In charge of the training facilities and IT systems of the organization, inclusive of Local Area Network and WIFI in the school and office area. Provide and ensure regular maintenance checks of all training/office equipment and furniture.

Provide support to all IT-related issues, including hardware (servers, network, desktop PCs, Apple iMac) and software (Windows, Apple iOS and Adobe). Troubleshoot and ensure all issues are resolved within appropriate time.
In charge of fixed assets management. Keeping track of all IT and office equipment inventory and conducting asset checking exercise (bi-annual).
Managing, evaluating and liaising with vendors for hardware maintenance contracts (tender/direct purchase), office and IT equipment purchasing, etc.
MS SharePoint Administrator, in charge of migrating to SharePoint and managing multiple sites for the organization.
