I have 5 years’ experience working in the BPO Industry as a call center agent and a virtual assistant. During these times, I had the opportunity to work for a healthcare account as an email and live chat coordinator. My main tasks before are answering inquiries such as; general questions, assisting patients with scheduling appointments with their prescriber, care counselor and therapists, providing them a copy of their EMR (Electronic Medical Records), collecting payments, tracking medication order status and verifying insurance eligibility. I also had the opportunity to serve as an appointment setter (outbound calls), and I also have experience as a customer service representative (inbound calls, emails, and live chat support) for a travel account, and lastly, a General Administrative Assistant for an insurance agency owner based in Texas.
