John Andrew Ong

My name is John Andrew Ong, 30 years of age. I've been working in a call center office set up since I was 19 years old, I started to work as a customer service representative, technical support representative, collections officer, sales consultant - you name it. I also have 6 months of experience working from home wherein I was trained to deal with real estate business, general admin tasks, social media management and amazon VA. The highlight on my career is when I became a sales consultant for an Australian insurance company from 2016 to 2018, I received awards month per month for being on top with the sales conversion. I offer quality work and dedication that will make sure to meet or possibly exceed my client's expectations. I always put passion on the task given to me to deliver quality results. I have a set of skills that would help me with the role. I have experience working with different CRM software, softphones, G-suite, advance sales skills and business management.
