Key Achievements:
• Led a comprehensive store fitout and redesign strategy aimed at repositioning the stores as leaders
in floor covering decor. This ambitious project was the largest and most challenging the company had
ever undertaken. The successful repositioning set a new benchmark for the industry and is widely
recognised as a pivotal moment in retail presentation.
• Responsible for the competitive tender process of the Suncorp Floor Coverings claims contract. This
resulted in $12M of incremental sales per annum for the 135 store network. The contract is still in
place today.
