I've worked with BPO's and Call Centers that provided Technical Support for Anti Virus Software, ISP Providers, and Business Accounting and Bookkeeping Software for 6 years.I was able to meet and exceed client's expectation and even got promoted to Technical Specialist Posts on a reasonable amount of time before moving to a different client.

Now, I've been working online for more than 6 years and handled different kind of tasks. I have worked as a data entry specialist , Virtual assistant, Email support, and billing specialist to an online retailing store. I have worked as a Lead Researcher and got promoted as a Team Leader and handled and managed a group of people for lead researching. I also worked as an article writer and web researcher.
