I have worked as an Accounting Staff for a year and a half in a Distributors Company. While working I have gained skills to be detail oriented, be focus and a chance by some means, manage other people.
I, also, worked as a Customer Relations Associate in a BPO Company for over 3 years. I was positioned to work for a Telecommunications Company wherein, I was able to gain customer service and improve my multi-tasking skills, ability to work in a minimum supervision and I am a fast learner that can work even under pressure. My job is to provide a high level of customer satisfaction by attending to clients’ inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner. I improved my time management skills as I am handling different customers from low to high importance with each to deliver first to last. I gained my communication and coordination skills in this job. I get the chance to communicate between departments to provide a better service to the customer. Another best thing in being a Customer service is that it let me carry out an opportunity to sell, upsell, and offer other products of the company that suites the customer best.
