Restructuring and right-sizing of Vice Media’s global business after the company sale in
August 2023 to achieve the ambitious targets set by the new owners; slashing the company
headcount by 80% to build a smaller, more adaptable workforce capable of responding
flexibly to the changed business requirements.
HR consulting and operational execution of the sale of Refinery 29 and the successful
spin-off of a joint venture in partnership with Savage for the digital business branch.
Regular analysis, forecast reviews and reporting to the owners to inform and enable

Achievements and key results – Austria:
Merging 7 companies into one company (Vice Austria GmbH) including unification and
centralization of all payroll processes. Setting up a HR end-to-end operation model.
Development and implementation of structured annual performance reviews and an ajacent
pay philosophy.

Writing a Code of Conduct in close collaboration with managers. Coaching of newly elected
confidants in all aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion work.
Setting up a Europe-wide freelancer database including regular networking events.

Creating identity with the Hilton brand by developing and leading workshops and seminars;
achieved 87% overall employee satisfaction in the first Employee Engagement Survey
Conversion of all HR processes (including payroll, L&D, talent acquisition) to Hilton
standards, which led to a 100% score in the first Brand Quality Audit
Developing a new trainee training program in collaboration with the DACH HR Marketing
Manager. In the pilot, a trainee from the Hilton Munich Airport team reached 2nd place on
the podium, out of 50 contestants.
