My passion in life has always been helping people with support. Over the years I have been able to acquire the skills to assist with Ticket, Chat, Phone and Email support. I have been in the IT industry for over 20 years and Telecommunication became part of the company 6 years ago. My priority is customer satisfaction and getting issues resolved in a timely matter.
I'm great with building relationships with customers and keep them coming back for more. I always carry myself professionally and can deal with the most difficult clients with ease.
I have good time management skills and can work within deadlines. I've been doing on-site , call center and help desk support for the last 20 years and pride myself in the fact that we always find a way to help the client.
I have been running my own IT & Telecommunication company in South Africa for 6 years and we cover all fields extensively with Email, on-line chat, remote and telephone support.
