All incoming calls are channeled to the hotel, as well as internal calls to the indicated department, and taking orders for Suite Service and general guest requirements.
We made a daily report with the day’s activities, allergy tracking and hotel percentages forecast.
Hard Rock Riviera Maya
Concierge call center
Telephone attention to guests of the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Cancun and Hard Rock Vallarta Hotels. Performed the functions of a lobby concierge, took orders for Room Service, requests for housekeeper, mini bars, maintenance, follow-up of all requests, times were measured, made courtesy calls to verify that the guest received on time their Food, towels, cleaning or if maintenance fixed any problem. Reservations were also scheduled at restaurants inside and outside the hotel. I followed up on complaints until the guest was satisfied by courtesy calls the next day, and by contacting the departments involved by mail and phone.
