I have been with the BPO industry for more than 6 years in total holding varied positions. I have worked for a number of companies that deals with consumer products and services. Telephone Companies, Software Companies, and Banks are some of them. As a Customer Support Representative, I am tasked to answer calls and respond to chat and email as well. Offering Premium Support or options to customers on every interaction to ensure resolution.

I have developed a strong desire to improve and learn new skills through hands-on experience. For example, one of my main duties is to determine the cause of the issue using diagnostic tools and log files, from which most system errors can be reviewed and determine the origin. This duty requires meticulous analysis and research skills, and an ability to convey to customer complex terminology in layman’s term.

I have also gained proficiency in working with business applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint). I’m able to multi-task and can easily adapt to varied work schedules and work groups. I am always eager to learn more about something that interest me, reading up on these topics on my free time to become more knowledgeable. I would love to bring this passion to your company.
