I have been working as a customer service/ technical support/sales/billing representative for 6 years now. I am passionate in everything I do and always aims for excellence. Hard work, perseverance and dedication is what makes me achieve my goal. I have dealt with different clients and have been promoted from a CSR/TSR to a subject matter expert and eventually to a team lead position. I have worked for various positions yet I make sure I always learn something new and applies this to enhance my skills. I am equipped with customer service, phone, email and chat support skills. I have extensive training in providing customer service and technical support.

With my broad experience in customer service and technical support, I am confident that I will be able to fulfill whatever task that will be entrusted to me.
