I've been with call centers for more than 5 years of previous professional experience business outsourcing industry in the Philippines. I've been a customer service representative, email-marketing and telemarketer for many accounts which made me even better to became a good and passionate customer service representative. I am very knowledgeable in dealing with customers whether that is research, transcription, sales, email-marketing, data entry, appointment setting, plain customer service, virtual assistant/clerk, telemarketing and lead generation.
