I've been in the call center industry for more than six years. I've worked with US telecommunications and cable companies. Part of my job is to troubleshoot and explain billing concerns to the subscriber. Discuss with them billing disputes and other concerns that they might have on their accounts or the product itself. I've had the chance of working with a Canadian company. What I do is take order/s from customers. Part of the job is to up sell to gain more revenue. It is also my responsibility to track their orders.

I've also done research and data entry tasks. I've been doing lead generation as well.
