In more recent years, I transitioned into a senior role within the drafting team. During this period, I developed comprehensive manuals and video guides, offering support in training new team members in drafting and auditing processes. Moreover, I took charge of maintaining and enhancing scripts for automated processes. I collaborated with a colleague to reverse engineer an incomplete process where the creators had left the company. This allowed for the completion of this new process, which significantly increased the efficiency of completing audits.
