I am Joel from San Francisco, an AWS-certified professional. I have over 20+ years of experience as a VP of Engineering/CTO of SaaS-based health companies.I have been a VP/Senior Lead for SaaS-based solutions for the last 20 years. I have built the initial versions of the product for 3 of my 4 previous companies. I have experience in creating and managing large scalable infrastructures at Symantec, Med-Vantage, and LiveVox. I offer expertise in AWS cloud technologies, observability, and CI/CD DevOps practices. My recent work includes configuring a CloudFormation template encompassing VPC, EFS, Elastic Beanstalk, and other AWS resources, as well as automating environments with Terraform and containerization tools across multiple stages.

I've also developed a CI/CD pipeline on AWS, focusing on code management, build and test automation, deployment, continuous monitoring, and infrastructure automation, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing errors.
