Using a data driven strategy, I plan and execute our content roll out against an editorial
calendar. Optimising across SEO and SEM, we manage to increase organic page views
on average +12% month on month with an average +6% longer average time spent on
page. I also helped grow our blog’s organic page views from 182k to 355k in the span
of 9 months.
I executed a video strategy to facilitate different campaign related KPIs from top to
lower-end funnel, conceptualising and executing a varied range of briefs from
explainer videos to online spots.

As agency producer, I work across the mediums of print, digital, film and mobile
channels across regional campaigns with budgets up to SGD$1 million. On a daily
basis, I interface across internal and external stakeholders from brand CEOs, account
services, creatives and finance with a track record of delivering on schedule and on
budget. I successfully help launched the Prudential regional Asia-Pac rebranding
campaign across 10 asian markets pulling support from all partners.

Bootstrapping as a small startup, I helm dual roles of managing the creative team in
producing branded video content and editorial collaterals for various social channels
and spearhead our content marketing strategy. I also identify potential cross marketing
opportunities with external affiliates, influencers and PR agencies to drive traffic that
leads to conversion.
Since our inception in September 2017, we have on-boarded brands Eaoron, Lacues,
Dr. Gloderm and QTTie with exclusive sole distributorships. In a short span of four
months, we have recorded close to SGD $100,000.00 in revenue.

I was headhunted by the Operations Director at the time to shape our editorial agenda
for content marketing stable of retainer clients - Google, Singtel, Cisco, HSBC, Kuehne
Nagel, Citibank, AIA, Amadeus, Visa, among others. Work encompasses B2B and B2C
sectors. I also managed a team of writers, graphic artists and documentary filmmakers
in producing branded video content and editorial collaterals for our clients. Outside
official job scopes, I devised custom business solutions to address pressing needs our
retainer clients may face. From executing content creation workshop syllabus as
consultants to the Kuehne Nagel management, to developing an online content and
communications newsroom portal for Visa — http://visaapnews.asia/ These efforts
were spearheaded and owned by myself and the management I report to.

Together with the business development head, I served as director of creative
solutions with the occasional client facing role. Day-to-day tasks involve heading the art
department to pitch for briefs, hiring production crew, overseeing script and schedule
edit reviews while keeping open communications with internal and external
stakeholders. I led a team to produce content for corporate, advertising and
communications clients like the National University Hospital, MacDonald’s, Adidas,
Arup, National Geographic Live and Startupbootcamp.

I sit on the multimedia team to package content with images, multimedia and video
from regional TV and multimedia desks to illustrate global news stories, sports,
entertainment and political reports.
I also team led editorial colleagues working under tight deadline-driven conditions in
Singapore and at major sporting events - including editing at the Beijing and London
Olympics. Collaborated daily with network of photographers, video producers and text
journalists globally to create compelling and original stories for the news wire.
Cleared footage and still imagery from respective usage rights, licenses and
embargoes and keep an eye out for potential legal and cultural-sensitive material that
may otherwise implicate the company and our brand.
Co-ordinated content production with the Enterprise team to deliver deeply reported

The first multimedia journalist employed for the online newsroom, and with the move
to digital, I was responsible for setting in place a workflow for content to be web
compliant, developing multimedia verticals and creating compelling content through
regular podcasts and videocasts. I built the subsequent team that became the eventual
multimedia department for the news portal.
