With a passion to host and engage others, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality with a minor in Business and a Master’s in Business Administration. In addition to my education I have gained field exposure working as a Front Desk Clerk at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. I also have taken my leadership skills to work as a Banquet Captain at Maggiano's Little Italy Italian-American Restaurant as well as recently working as a Event Coordinator with North Carolina State University. My experience has allowed me to work with various students and coworkers from various walks of life and gain knowledge of various work and personal cultures. I have also cultivated my organizational and professional skills to allow me to work on multiple projects at one time while enhancing my adaptive skills to work in various environments and on various topics. I am a visual learning with the ability to pick up information and programs quickly. i also strive to put my best foot forward and see the positive side of all things because wasting time on the negative will not solve anything accept learning from previous mistakes. I am eager to create an experience for others encompassing hospitality and food! With family, sustainability, and culture as my core values, I am pursuing to create memorable moments around delectable, creative dishes and cultivate new relationships through communal seating. As a novice entrepreneur, I am networking to create a community of knowledgeable individuals who are willing to mentor, teach, and aid me on this journey.
