I have been working multiple of Outsourcing Companies (3 Companies) in the line of Customer Service. I used to be in a retail industry (Amazon and Amazon sellers). If I remembered and lasted on November of 2017 for schooling purposes(I proceed finishing my degree from that period). I used to work as an Email generalist for Amazon customer service. Have been promoted as an SME (Subject Matter Expert-support) for the team and tasked to supervise a team after my Supervisor laid off. I handle inbound emails and respond to their queries and needs. By then, I transitioned to a voice retail support with Amazon being my first real job experience. I also been in the Healthcare group with WIPRO ltd. Being a Healthcare Claim Analyst for more than 4 years and this was from April of 2016 to May of 2022. We are in a back office team and I used to process claim. I do make outbound calls to the Clients not limited to the insured - but also to the servicing professionals, Clinics, establishment where the insured been with to adjudicate the nature of the claim. From there, I became an Insurance Advisor of Canadian insurance Provider. I used to answer calls from Clients (insured), Hospitals, Providers like Clinics and more to help answer their questions and needs pertaining to their kind of insurance. This was with Manulife since July 27 2022 until September 1 2023. To make it lighter, I am into sports, recreation, athletics also for a work-life balance. I learned all these skills I can share to attain objective and tasks that may be given to me. Learned, developed, enhanced and achieved throughout time and experience.
