Joe Daidone

I’m Joe, a Florida State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Finance and an MBA from Boston University, where I specialized in Strategy, Venture Capital, and Entrepreneurship. My career kicked off in hospitality at Cendyn, where I worked on the CRM team, supporting 17 client hotels. I crafted email marketing campaigns, boosted guest loyalty, and drove revenue growth, helping clients double their revenue and returns through targeted strategies. By leveraging CRM software, I enhanced key metrics like year-over-year revenue, email open rates, and REVPAR, significantly boosting top-line performance. Later, I briefly transitioned to real estate finance as a commercial real estate analyst, where I provided strategic support by developing offering memoranda and financial projection models.

After pursuing my MBA, I launched my own consulting business and joined Cognizant as a Senior Consultant in the Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality vertical. There, I collaborated with global airline and hotel brands to strategize loyalty programs and guest personalization initiatives. While navigating corporate consulting, I steadily grew my freelance practice, focusing on tailored financial models for small businesses and startups seeking pre-seed to Series A funding. My latest venture, D&D Consulting, combines my startup expertise with my business partner’s corporate finance acumen, delivering high-impact solutions to fuel growth and innovation.
