From the ground up, I have built a robust Learning Management System (LMS) that empowers our team to take their development to new heights.

I have a bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, and related support services from Almeda University and over 25 years of experience in leadership, operations management, and employee learning and development.

My passion is to design, develop, and implement effective, engaging training programs and initiatives that support growth and development while delivering organizational culture. I work closely with key stakeholders and operational leaders to align learning and talent systems with business goals and strategy. I also leverage my domain expertise in the electronic device repair sector. I have been a fractional chief operating officer, president, and chief operating officer for two successful companies.

I am an avid learner and a leadership enthusiast who has read thousands of books, attended countless seminars and trainings, and written a book for publication to share my insights and lessons with the next generation.
