Jodi Ann Powell

Hi, my name is Jodi-Ann. I am 28 years of age, Jamaican National who resides in Trinidad and Tobago. I have been a Virtual Assistance for over a year now, I started out as a cold caller for real estate and setting appointments for interested leads. During my time in this role, I did exceptionally well in generating Interested leads until I was promoted to an Investor account to dial for her. I never disappointed her and upon being promoted to a Shift lead, she was saddened to see me go. I started my role as a shift lead, Training and being that support for other VAs to help them exceed in being the best at cold calling. Within a few months, I was then promoted again to being an operation specialist my main role and responsibility was now to make sure that shift leads were doing their best to motivate and continue to encourage cold callers to excel and be their best. I was also responsible for listening to every concern of shift leads and relating to my CEO. Later the following year I applied for another position within the same company. I was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the company. Some of my roles and responsibilities were to schedule and conduct meetings, schedule and conduct interviews, send and respond to emails, manage Facebook and Instagram accounts (Social Media), and conduct training for employees among many other task. I eventually embarked on a different journey doing Sales. I worked as a sales representative for 2 different companies. I never had set tasks but merely just made myself available whenever or whatever I needed to do. I am a very hard-working, honest and self-motivated, reliable young lady.
