I'm currently handling the Learning and Development in HR and I am a Certified DDI Facilitator. I develop and implement training programs that support the strategic plan of the Company. Most of the time I facilitate the learning of employees from Staff to Supervisor's level. I am a very organize person I plan ahead of time and I make sure that I will meet my deadlines according to the plan. There are two HR Assistant under my supervision that works on timekeeping and compensation and benefits. Delegating of tasks is very important to my role I ensure that my subordinates will work effectively on the tasks that I would assign to them. Revising, updating and formulating of policy and procedures is also one of my responsibility. Recently I was given a very important project in our company, I was asked to handle the new HR System (SAP). It was hard and challenging for me to handle a lot of personal information/data of 700+ employees while performing my other tasks in HR. But despite the challenge of working more than 14 hours in a day for 2 weeks I was able to meet the deadline of the project. My organizational skills help me to finish this project.
