I have been fortunate to be exposed to
several different IT projects. Those include server virtualization and datacenter planning
research as an enterprise architect intern for CBS Corporation, several trade floor user
relocation and other large scale projects across different states for several different major clients
such as BLACKROCK, BLACKSTONE, RBC, BNY MELLON, LINKEDIN, KCG, MOORE
CAPITAL, AB etc… Such extensive experiences working as team lead allowed me to gain
valuable knowledge to help provide efficient desktop support solutions to end-users.
In addition, being responsible for the completion of many projects as an Onsite Project manager
or team lead supervising a staff of 12 to 20 co-workers as also allowed me to learn other
valuable skills such as real-life critical project management and planning skills, coordination and
leadership. Combined with job specific skills such as active directory, escalation process and
hardware support, I have the expertise to provide quality solutions to help clients with their
desktop support needs and other more complex projects. Such exposure has also given me the
ability to support several different technologies from different providers as working on such
projects means exposure to several types of technical issues requiring different solutions.
Furthermore, interaction with several Mac environments at clients such RBC, AND CITI, as well
as extensive experience working on many trade floors supporting complex technologies in a
high pressure and fast paced environment has also allowed me to gain the necessary skills to
support trading technologies and also support end-users under great pressure, and also the
ability to accurately complete tasks on time as any delay in providing solutions is a delay in
productivity.
