Moova (www.moova.io) is a tech startup seeking to disrupt last mile eCommerce deliveries that
secured a seed round of $800k from different VC investors and is developing its MVP for an
August 2019 launch. (approx. 24 employees to date). I work on Moova during the weekends or
early mornings before my main job.
I’m part of the executive founding team and my core focus so far has been talent attraction (Aplayers from Stanford, San Andrés), EVP / employee journey crafting and working on the
company’s people dynamics through systems, practices, behaviors, culture and explicit
assumptions/beliefs that are effectively creating a unique collective “how we work” mentality. I
also performed other tasks which involved market research, industry benchmarking, P&L + unit
economics modelling, investor pitches and company acquisition management.

Amlog (www.amlogweb.com) is a Supply Chain Management company with offices throughout
Latin America that oversees international supply chain operations for several Forbes 500
companies including some of the biggest exporters in the continent. (approx. 70 employees to
date, $1.3M HR yearly budget).
My focus in Amlog has been implementing programs, systems and practices that
fundamentally transformed employee engagement and all people metrics. This includes
recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, diversity,
recognition, feedback, career development, alignment, wellness and ambassadorship. All
through a transparent HR approach involving/exciting the employees in every step of the way.

Process Specialist / Finance Team Leader

As Amlog’s process specialist (Jan 16 – Jul 16), I participated in the design and coordination of
the company’s BPM. I also recertified ISO qualifications leading a team of three top industry
engineers, Kaizen experts & CSSGB’s. Among our main contributions were the diagnosis and
modelling of all company processes with BPMN 2.0 language compliance, coordination of
continuous improvement teams (combining six sigma and agile methodologies) and the
creation of automated dashboards for measuring corporate KPI’s.
Before this, I was team leader for the company’s financial area (Mar 15 – Jan 16 // 5 direct
reports). During this time, I managed the company’s cash flow exceeding liquidity goals,
transformed the department’s mindset towards an internal services center and reduced
substantial financial losses through the introduction of several audit scorecards.

Wellness Cultural Program Administrator
ExxonMobil, mainly an oil & gas company, is Forbes 100 2 nd biggest company in the world. I
worked as a cultural program administrator (wellness) presiding five forums in renowned
convention centers (audiences of 700 -1600 employees), participated in the program’s annual
budget creation process and gave onboarding trainings to new hires, worked with a team all
over the world migrating the cultural program to other ExxonMobil sites.
Before this, I spent a short time auditing royalties and revenues from Canadian Oil Fields.
