servers, working with the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) to run and maintain the network; Use call tracking
application to prioritize, escalate to other support groups, update information and document steps taken to resolve the
problem; Install, maintain and troubleshoot general and business-related applications; Remotely connect using DameWare
and NetMeeting remote access tools; Configure Local Users rights and policies, troubleshoot and solve user profile issues,
network access issues (data access. Print queues, email, etc.); Share files and devices over the Network; Install, maintain
and repair Workstations for the network environment, network Inkjet / Laser Printers and Scanners; Help the network
administrator with LAN/WAN connectivity issues verifying cabling and using commands such as ping and nslookup; Install
