Hardware - Knowledge of most modern and legacy server and desktop hardware components. CPUs, RAM,

SSDs, NVMe, SAS, SAN, RAID arrays, WiFi, mobile devices. Etc.

OperatingSystems - Dos, WinPE, Windows, Freebsd, CentOS, Debian, Android, MacOS, iOS, etc.

Applications - iPXE and PXE booting, SERVA, FOG Server, SSH, RDP, VNC, Zendesk, osTicket, IIS, basic

scripting in batch files, .vbs, powershell, zabbix, most common user applications (Office editors,

messaging, productivity etc), basic knowledge of software development practices and basic web

technology; coding, and database maintenance experience (MSSQL, MySQL).

Networking Knowledge of most layer 2 and layer 3 networking in routers and switches, routing experience with

UBNT Unifi, Mikrotik, Pfsense, OpenVPN, suricata IDS, PFblocker and NXfilter.

Virtualization - VMware ESX (basic) Xen Server (intermediate/advanced), Proxmox , XCP-NG

(intermediate/advanced), Hyper-V (intermediate/advanced) (WServer 2016) and MS Azure.

Other - Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a

virtual environment with the respective applications (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Skype, etc).
