SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures adherence of employees to established rules, policies and procedures to ensure a smooth flow of operations and disciplined work environment.
2. Monitors manpower requirements, absenteeism, performance and attrition rate.
3. Assists HR Manager in maintaining and periodically reviews job descriptions to optimize the utilization of manpower more fairly and effectively.
4. Updates employees job description on a regular basis, assists department managers in the preparation of job descriptions for new positions and recommended new organizational structure.

11. Counsels employees on matters relating to work or personal concerns affecting performance when even appropriates.
