I am responsible for ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, rules, and procedures to maintain a smooth and disciplined work environment. I monitor workforce metrics such as absenteeism, performance, and attrition, and assist the HR Manager in optimizing job descriptions and manpower utilization. I update the organizational chart, consolidate performance evaluations, and ensure employee compliance with company policies. Additionally, I issue notices for rule violations, handle employee concerns and grievances, and provide coaching to improve performance. I also assist with administering benefits programs and support employee engagement activities. Furthermore, I am responsible for processing payroll for both weekly and monthly employees, computing 13th-month pay, and managing sick leave (SL) and vacation leave (VL) computations. I am also tasked with performing other duties as needed to support overall HR operations.

Additionally, I assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, process 201 files for regularization, and prepare necessary company and government reports.
