I am a former Customer Service Representative. I've work with the industry for 5 years until I decided to come home. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant and data encoder. I am great in handling customers problem and timely resolved their issue. I've been train to be patient and efficient in my work. I can easily adjust to new environment and also I can easily follow instruction thus I can work with little supervision. I can work with a team or individually. I am very hardworking and If there is something I do not know, I would do my own research and learned the things i needed to. I am also very approachable as you can talk to me whenever you can.
