Hi, I’m Joanne. I am a registered nurse from the Philippines. I have experienced working as a Virtual Assistant for 6 months in which I am managing electronic medical records online and responsible in data encoding, copy-paste tasks, transcribing physician notes to a given template and renaming medical documents. I also worked as a technical support representative for 2 years in one of the well-known telecommunications company in our country from which I am responsible for assisting customers regarding technicalities of their mobile phones, providing client support and technical issue resolution, configuration/navigation of customers' mobile handset (smartphones), configuring software to connect to Internet application servers, promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications and providing excellent customer service to clients both internal and external. I’m a fast learner, computer-savvy and can do multi-tasking jobs. I am proficient in using Microsoft office applications.
