I can do chat, email tasks. Can also do inbound and outbound calls. I am knowledgeable in using Zendesk, Bliss and Ujet. I have been in the BPO industry for almost 7 yrs now handling both voice and non voice. My first BPO experience was way back 2014 as a Customer service representative supporting customers regarding their Amazon orders. After staying in the company for a year, i decided to rest for a month due to health concern. Then, I applied and was hired as a Technical sales support supporting HP printers that is connected to MAC computers. I was also taking inbound calls in there. After that, I decided to look for a pure non voice position, I applied and was hired as Email Support representative. I was supporting an ride-sharing app/online food delivery which is Uber and UberEats. I stayed there for 3 years and 6 months. After i resigned in the company, I applied and was hired as a Email support again for Instacart, however due to pandemic, the company decided to lay off their employees. And now, I am trying my luck in online jobs.
