Joanna L. Gonzales

Hi, I'm Joanne. I live in Antipolo City, I lived with my husband and three daughters. I'm 43 years old with a Bachelor in Business Administration major in Management. Basically I'm a working mom at home, since all my time are consumed mostly for work and managing my home and family.

I have experiences working with a client that deals with subscription retention and as an Inbound Customer Support at first for the first few months. But then with an exceptional ability to coordinate and a systematic mindset to resolve issues with customers, I was promoted to handle Emails and be a support to Inbound teammates leading them on how to be more productive, efficient and systematic in handling customer concerns.

Another related work experience I have is being an Executive in a trading company for more than 9 years. The position I have is mainly focused on managing the calendar for the executives, meetings, conferences, travels and the like.

I am the primary point of contact between the executives and suppliers or clients. I also handle project management especially dealing with deadlines, reports, inventories, monitoring importations and customers' inquiries.
