I was a customer service representative for six years and have handled different accounts. I've handled a hotel and reservations, retail, telco collections and health care accounts. With this experiences, I was able to gain and learn the skill set suitable to be a customer service representative. I have now the expertise in handling different situations different people and resolving customer complaints.
Last 2016, I've been a working student and have my first BPO company. Accordingly, I've been a sales and service representative with a telco account for more than a year. The last company that I've been, which I stayed for more than a year. I have handled another telco account a a technical support. I was trained to troubleshoots complex issues to support our customers. Since it was pandemic that time, we were redeployed to a different account which was a retail, then health care and collections.
