I am a 34-year old mom who decided to leave from regular office work and transitioning into a home-based online job to secure my kids' safety with the caregivers and to have a financial freedom.

I am very hard working, customer-focused and very 100% committed in achieving both company and personal goals.

Overall, I have more than 10 years in the BPO and Call Centre Industry doing full support through email, chat and phone calls. 5 years of which were spent managing a group of 10-15 members working to meet the end-goals committed with several top-ranking companies in the whole wide-world.

My co-workers describe me as an authoritarian- where I focused more on about quality control. I see imperfections and areas where we can do better. Once I learn how to jump into situations where things are not working, I have an attitude of helping, rather than proving others wrong.
