Joan V. Mendez

Howdy, I'm Joan Mendez, I'm a graduate of a bachelor of arts major in social anthropology and a minor in psychology. I have worked in a call center industry supporting the US and Canadian clients for 13 yrs before being a freelancer. I was a team manager or supervisor for 8 years and handled high-caliber accounts such as intuit/quickbooks sales, att billing, and sales and bell Canada collections. 

I've been a freelancer for 3 years now, started as a cold caller for an insurance company in the US then became a sales agent for merchant services for a year. Then I started my career in the real estate industry as part of the sales and acquisition department, I was handling the SMS and Email Marketing at the same time I was the transaction coordinator of the company, handling all property from the contract until the close of Escrow or 2 years. I'm well trained in using Real Estate platforms such as propstream, prop radar, Launch Control, and REI blackbook. What I love about being a freelancer is I don't get bored and I get the chance to learn new things every day. I want to continuously improve myself and do things out of my comfort zone. I would love to continue the path I have started in the real estate industry.
